The hotel's location is perfect, with it being very close to the town's center. You can easily walk to all the attractions and shops. Plus, the hotel is set in nice grounds, providing a pleasant environment. the rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and charming decor. the staff are friendly and go out of their way to enhance your stay. the breakfast is delicious, and there are even options to take some food back to the room.
The menu choices at dinner were slightly limited for my preference.

Special note of thanks to manager. Terrific service within 25 km of the airport.

The price of the room was great, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic.
The room I had was lovely but there was noise from the restuarant/bar underneath and I had to ask reception when the music would stop. I dont think the music was loud, it was just the location of the room in relation to the exit I think. No probs after that.

The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, from check-in to check-out.- The hotel had a great variety of food options at a reasonable price.- The location was fantastic, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions.- The hotel had beautiful gardens where guests could relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The wifi connection was not the best, with some rooms having poor reception. It would be beneficial for the hotel to improve the quality of their wifi for a better guest experience.

The staff was exceptionally helpful.
Breakfast was not good and the food prices for what you received were very high.

Very nice room and breakfast
When we arrived the receptionist was very rude and miserable infact to the point I was going to complain. However when we went back to reception the second time to get the key to our room the other lady who I think was maybe of a more senior level was very helpful and upgraded our room as she said she never allocated room 17 unless it was the only one available But again the receptionist made it clear she was not happy with this and was reluctant to upgrade.

Nice decoration and comfortable bed. the food was good and served quickly. the location was great, nearby several attractions and shops, which made it easy to get around.
The staff was rude and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed every time we asked for something.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We stayed in the Windsor suite which was fantastic. The location was great, only a couple of minutes walk to Harrogate international conference centre wher we went to see a show! Would highly recommend this hotel.

reasonable pleasant hotel with nice relating surroundings
we found it nosy with the adjacent rooms, ie next door TV to loud and people talking.

The appearance of the building was to my liking and in a good location. The Windsor Suite was amazing and would definately recommend. The red wine was nice by the glass from the bar and reasonably priced.
Having to get daily parking permits for your vehicle, instead of one for the duration of your stay.

Conveniently situated for Harrogate and surrounding areas. Reasonably quiet location.
Bedroom furniture looked tired and scruffy, I'm not into this "stressed" look or whatever else you call it. Bedside lamps were left on each day by cleaners, not much point when it is still daylight when returning later in the day and not very green. Service at breakfast was poor - cooked dishes arrived before cereals were finished, plates were not cleared as courses finished and no offer of coffee re-fills.

Near the venue I was working at.
Small single room, extremely hot. The window was painted up. The only opening window was two feet square in the bathroom. They did move me to another room on the last night because the lock on my door broke. Generally not a good experience, but would stay again following their apologies.

the mini suite was lovely, 4 poster, large room. the building was really old, victorian stone with lots of character. next time we'll stay in the windsor suite. we had a peek in, it looks fab'. already sorting out a date to go and taking friends and family.
the shower let them down, not much power, and a bit of mold around the tiles. needs better extaction. the resteraunt wasnt up to our standards, we'll eat elsewhere next time
